🚨 Another targeted ambush on law enforcement 🚨
Yesterday, CSP Trooper Corporal Tye Simcox was shot while sitting in his patrol vehicle on Highway 36. Without warning, a gunman opened fire, intending to take his life. Thankfully, Trooper Simcox acted swiftly and courageously, returning fire and stopping the threat. We are relieved he is recovering and grateful for his bravery.
These increasing ambushes on law enforcement officers are unacceptable. Our officers put their lives on the line every day to protect our communities. Let’s stand with them and demand an end to these senseless attacks. #BackTheBlue #SupportLawEnforcement #StaySafe
